Responsibilities:
1.Functional know-how in Airfreight and Oceanfreight (Logistics welcome) as well as customer IT solutions (in accordance to existing and potential services)
2.Operational know-how (Customer Service, Document Processing Exp & Imp, Customs Clearance)
3.Understanding of specific customer requirements and customers market environment
4.Strong functional and commercial understanding of business environment
5.Complete understanding of PA (strategy and products)
6.Comprehensive local market know how (customers, competitors, suppliers, etc.)
7.Basic business administration competence
8.Business development in local market .
Personality traits:
1.Structured, logical and analytical thinking skills
2.Customer focused
3.Communication & interpersonal skills (incl. presentation, persuasion and negotiation)
4.Able to work in diverse environment and cultures
5.Independent and pro-active working attitude (creative, self-motivating, etc.)

Educational background & work experience:
1.Business administration / commercial / technical / logistics background
2.Forwarding & contract logistics industry experience (minimum 5 years)
3.Good knowledge of MS Office, database and work processing applications
4.Language skills: Fluent in English and local language. Other languages welcome
