Responsibilities
? Processing of spare parts quotations and orders
? Proactively inform customers regarding the status of the offers and orders
? Communicate with WGLS
? Follow up WGLS responses to spare parts inquires
? Clarify the material numbers and part codes related issues
? Keep account managers updated about majors inquires/ offers/orders
? Update the CR and other systems when necessary
? Perform reliable and speedy invoicing
? Other duties as requested by the superior

Requirements
? Fluent in English and good communication skill
? Computer skill / Microsoft Office
? Very good sense of the business
? Participate department meetings and perform regular workshop visit proactively
? Good sense of responsibility, good team player, open-minded and patient
? Ready to share information and give feedback to the related in a timely manner
? Experience in SAP Colleage degree above 2 years work experience
