Key Responsibilities:
1.directs, organizes, executes, and coordinates the manufacturing
2.oversee the production process and manage the production schedule in respect of human and material resources
3.provide leadership to keep products on schedule and on budget. the resulting products are to be safe, reliable, within the budgeted cost and delivered on time
4.review the performance of subordinates and identify training needs
5.has responsibility for the budget, manpower requirements and control associated with the operation of his/her department in addition, has the responsibility to direct the completion of other capital and operating expenses which have been assigned to his / her area

Key Requirements:
1.bachelor degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university
2.knowledge of the theoretical and practical aspects of mechanical and electrical engineering
3.minimum of five years of experience in a production manager position in a company with welding and assembly activities
4.minimum of ten years of experience of mechanical / electrical engineering (production environment)
5.fluent in verbal and written English
