2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
? Lead and manage Braking & OSS Function quality engineering to meet requirements of TRW BPM (Business Policy Manual) and TS16949 including internal and external audit etc, assess effectiveness and compliance of plant-wide quality systems for ongoing improvements & 3rd party, customer, AP and other audits.
? Develop, implement and manage quality KPI under control including customer/process/supply PPM, customer complaints, conduct yearly/quarterly/monthly/weekly review, develop corrective and preventative action, work with process, testing, production and other departments to drive improvement action executed fast and effectively;
? Communicate with customers, AP, Global team and internally to manage and control LPA (Layer Process Audit) process to meet and/or exceed customer expectations;
? Control supply quality, work with AP/Global team, conduct on-site audit for continuous improvement or prevention;
? Report to senior management and external party on quality performance through various channels including Manufacturing and Quality reports, Operation review, online eQOS (quality operation systems) etc.
? Manage and develop Quality people from inspectors, technicians, engineers to supervisors.?

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
? Educational: BS Engineering degree or above.
? Experience:
- Technical degree with 8-10 years manufacturing experience (Braking & OSS & automotive – a plus).
- BS Engineering Degree
- Experience with Automotive quality-related activities such as SPC, DOE, FMEA, and 8D.
