The China Orion Plant is undergoing design and construction for Blending operations. The Start-Up Team will undergo training and certification in Blending operations leading to the commissioning and start-up of the Orion project in 1Q-2016. After stable operations, the Start-Up Team will transfer and be integrated into the base plant to operate and maintain the Blending units

Different grades of products are manufactured and a system of operation that is highly automated and complex is used. Timely monitoring and manipulating Process Parameters is instrumental in facilitating safe operations of the units and to meet quality standards. The Boardman has a critical role in this system of operation and ensures all unit process operations strictly adhere to all safety and quality requirements and expectations. This includes timely responding and liaising with field process technicians during abnormal operations.

Key Outputs: What we can expect from you
职位关键职责:

· Must have thorough knowledge of the operating procedures of units in the plant. The Boardman must be aware of all the variables for his process operations to enable him to make correct deviations from the desired conditions.掌握工厂操作程序的知识和要求。主操必须掌握所有生产参数，以便调整工艺到合理状态
· Have an in depth understanding of process control standards and must be sensitive to product quality. 掌握工艺控制的理念和标准，同时关注产品的质量
· The Board Technician must have the good knowledge of all the hazardous material containment systems and the procedures to handle such chemicals during emergencies and routine operations.掌握化学品应急和处理系统的知识和要求。在日常生产或紧急情况发生时，具备按照相应SOP处理问题的能力
· Have thorough knowledge of the plant operations units. This includes the details on utility system of air, steam, water and electricity supplies 掌握工厂所有的工艺单元知识，包括生产单元和公用工程单元（压缩空气、蒸汽、水和电力供应系统等）
· Be familiar with off-sites activities (ie the loading and unloading of BLCs and de-drumming activities) monitoring and keeping valid documentation records of proceedings. Thorough knowledge of the DCS system and Raw Material Utilization documentation, demurrages of BLCs and tank farm movements are essential.熟悉和掌握现场生产操作（包括槽罐车卸车和装车操作，桶装物料卸料操作等），完成和保存生产记录。掌握DCS系统知识，原材料相关文档，槽罐车和罐区操作也是至关重要的。
· Able to use the Infineum Quality Management System (IQMS) approach by participating in Root Cause Analysis activities and in his day-to-day work. He must also encourage his peers in the use of this process to achieve Business Objectives 在日常生产时，使用Infineum Quality Management System (IQMS)的相关方法去参与根本原因分析，同时该岗位需要鼓励同事多使用IQMS方法论。
· Should be able to accept the training responsibilities assigned to him. It is the duty of a Board Technician to assist shift team leader with the training of new or less qualified peers 培训职责：该岗位应帮助倒班班长培训新员工和其他同事，使班组水平不断发展提升
· Will be required from time to time, be assigned certain special assignments. Such assignments should be seen as development of the individual 勇于接受新任务的挑战，发展自身水平

· At least 2 to 3 year field operation as a Senior Chemical Technician具有至少2到3年现场化学技术员的操作经验
