Key responsibilities:
1.安全
· 带领维修工严格遵守公司的各项规章制度、不断提高维修人员的安全意识。
· 认真执行公司的安全程序和各项安全措施，组织维修人员参加安全活动，发生紧急状况时，应及时了解异常情况，组织人员向密闭室撤离。
· 带领维修人员学习项目现场的安全管理要求并严格执行, 确保维修人员现场工作的安全.
· 严格遵守承包商管理程序，及时检查承包商的工作，把承包商工作做好。

2. 日常管理
· 负责维修班组的管理 ，合理分配维修力量提高工作效率。
· 每月总结设备备件的管理情况，帮助各领班解决疑难问题。
· 带领维修领班,按计划将项目备件有序转移到仓库.
· 对下属持续地进行安全和所有设备的有效维修培训
· 将所有新的维修程序及变更及时告知维修工
· 指导下属完成他们的目标和工作要求

Requirements for this position
· 化工机械专业大专及以上学历
· 能够领导维修工处理好各项维修工作。及对下属提供有效的维修帮助
· 基本的英文读写能力
· 至少5年相关连续维修工作经验，而且有至少2年在一个装置上成功的维修管理或相关领导经验
