Key responsibilities:
1. Maintaining & developing HSE system:
· Participate in establishing HSE systems with support from each management level.
· Communicating with each department and follow-up actions regularly.
· Verifying and checking the actions effectiveness regularly.
· Site tour to find as more as possible non-conformity and set up C/P actions with the area owners.
· Attend process monthly meeting and PHA meeting to focus on safety events.
· Lead to do accident/incident analysis with related departments, try to find root cause and make C/P actions.
· Check work order and work permit strictly based on the safety procedure; perform risk analysis with other related departments.
2. Developing management of safety equipment :
· Set up inspection plan and PMP (preventive maintenance plan)
· Implement the PMP and inspection plan
· Conduct PGI and update PGI checklist when necessary
· Keep safety devices in good situation
3. Others:
· Participating safety drill of each department, and propose to improve.
· To manage the HSE documents with help of HSE assistant.
Requirements for this position
· Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or safety engineering.
· 3 or more years of chemical industrial safety experience in chemical manufacturer
· Specific training and good working knowledge of HSE regulations.
· Registered Safety Engineer Certificate is preferred
· Good written and oral English.
