We are hiring a Order Coordinator for support our licensees on the components support. Work location will be either Dalian or Shanghai, up to where the candidates are from.

Position description

Accountabilities:
-Improve communication and service towards our Chinese licensees
-Establish good working relationship to Licensee’s purchasing departments and teams


Responsibilities

Main responsibilities:
- Licensing, parts order coordination for Component Support
- Handling of quotations and orders for the licensees
- Ensure timely delivery of the needed components
- Handling and coordination of "non conformities" for the delivered scope
- Link between external and internal stakeholders, ensuring Quality and efficiency
- Act as a support and back-up for superior

Development responsibilities:
-Develop a good and open communication towards our Chinese licensees
-Close cooperation with WCH CS (Wartsila Switzerland Components Support Team) and WGLS
-Supporting licensees in getting component supplier and price information (direct purchasing)
-Support in supplier sourcing and qualification on commercial level
-Monthly reporting to Licence Management and Components Support team


Requirements
- Knowledge in SAP
- Good communication skills
- Analisys and reporting skills
- Teamwork skills
- Customer oriented
- Abilitiy to work under pressure
- College or above degress
- Advance English skill in both written English and oral English
- Working experience in an industrial enviroment is a plus
- Knowledge in purchasing and sales
- Engine knowledge seen as an advantage
