职位描述
We are hiring a Sales Manager to covering the South region sales. The work location can be either Shanghai or Fujian, up to where the candidates from.
Main Responsibilities:
? Generate sales leads from customers in defined area
? Active in opportunity management in order to meet yearly budget
? Increase market share of portfolio
? Generate reports and forecast for order-intake in defines area with active use and discipline in maintaining CRM
? Overall customer satisfaction
? CROL feedback from customers in defines area
? Active use of available sales tools
? Build up and develop the relationship with customers in defined area, including ship owners, ship brokers, ship designers
? Actively engage other (global) functions and team members to capture opportunities.
? Ensure a smooth transfer of contracted opportunities into contract management
? Ensure quality of contracts and in line with Wartsila policies.

? Develop customer relationships in defined area

? Advanced experience in Marine Industry

? Familiar with using of Microsoft WORD/ EXCEL/ PPT/ CRM / AUTOCAD / SAP

? Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills
? Advanced teamwork skills
Education:
? Bachelor and above degrees, major in mechanical or electrical
? Sales and marketing experience, at least 5 years sales experience in Marine or Heavy Machinery Industry with 2 years in an international company
Experience:
