Responsibility

1) Correctly understand customer demand, Provide overview and professional suggestions for the Thrusters application

2) Good capability of Non-standard Request assessment to meet customer’s various requests base on current portfolio

3) Support production for various knowledge, such as casting, gear set, welded structures etc.

4) Manage all the information from service to summarize and find out root cause and support recovery solution in time

5) Responsible for explaining technical/quality requirements as designed by PME, for special cases, also need technical communication with customers.

6) Good understanding of consequences in the total product lifecycle caused by quality problems

7) Support on design review and provide professional advice on NEW products

8) Good coordination with R&D and Production while new product launch in workshop

9) Provide professional technical support for the team to ensure project launch smoothly

10) Response technical communication with R&D for technical clarification especially on specific subject

11) Discuss deeply for product solution, product specification, quality requirement with internal technical team

12) Communicate with third party, customer, service for the product application, testing, verify and maintenance issue.

13) Advise on the product improvement for standardization maintenance phase.

Requirement

1. Bachelor degree or above

2. Over 5 years experience with thruster/CPP system design/R&D/application/ engineering;

3. Experience of product standardization implementation

4. Good experience to support cost evaluation and lead-time assessment

5. Very familiar with functional engineering process

6. Excellent analysis ability for the complex and multiple production problems, react fast and make the technical decision

7. Good sense of improvement for the product design from workshop feedback

8. Good risk analysis and problem solving ability.

9. Have good experience of product standardization implementation
