1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
Process Quality Engineer is a position in charge of overall manufacturing quality control, monitoring process quality PPM, scrap, cost of quality, issues corrective and preventive action, calibration, process capability…
2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
· Involve in FMEA and process development, lead Production Control Plan development, support sample build during new project development.
· Lead on in-process quality control process development and continuous improvements during new project development and mass production period.
· Lead in-process quality monitoring and improvement through FTQ improvement, Quality Cost and Scrap reduction, problem solving project etc.
and take actions for continuous improvements on in-process quality metrics.
· Coordinate the control, calibration and usage of inspection gauges and measuring equipments.
· Lead Non-conformity management and handling; and lead on rework/disassembly process management if applicable.
· Lead and recommend for in-process relevant customer, internal and supplier corrective and preventive actions.
· Lead manufacturing process lesson learned & read across internally.
· Coordinate internal and external system, process & product audits.
· Train and promote employees on quality requirement and awareness, in-process controls.
· Be able to perform night shift duty if necessary.
· To complete the task that given by leader.

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
l Educational: Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or equivalent years of related experience.
l Experience:
- 5-8 or more years manufacturing industry working experience.
- 3-5 years manufacturing quality experience.
- Experienced in quality-related activities such as MSA, APQP, SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, Control Plan, and product/ process audit.
- Experience background in mechanical assembly in an automotive industry is an added advantage.
- Six sigma green belt is a plus.
