MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

· Provide QAD first level support to local plant operations which comply with TRW AP standard
· Ensure new QAD related features and process are effectively integrated within the business function to achieve maximum productivity.
· Periodically review existing QAD systems and business process for potential improvement.
· Ensure business processes running on production system(s) are operating according to process design and in compliance with business procedures / controls.
· Study and analyst new user requirements for process improvement and automation.
· Raise support ticket to AP team for process improvement and other support.
· Periodically review existing QAD systems and business process for potential improvement.
· Ensure business processes running on production system(s) are operating according to process design and in compliance with business procedures / controls.
· Provide solutions through the design and delivery of new processes, evaluating new functionalities in QAD or 3rd party solutions.
· Study and analyst new user requirements for process improvement and automation.
· Create functional, analysis and solution documents for user change request.
· Programming knowledge of Progress for QAD application would be an added advantage
· Perform upgrades on QAD systems in AP as required.

3. KEY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求
· Demonstrate ERP experience in manufacturing, distribution and/or finance modules.
· Possess strong problem solving and analytical skills. Able to identify user’s needs and propose solutions to meet user requirements.
· A strong customer-focused attitude and ability to communicate with users effectively
· Preferably with working experience in the area of manufacturing and plant level
· Must have a good command of written and spoken English
4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

Educational:
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline

Experience:
Minimum 3 - 4 years working experience in QAD implementation/support
