职位描述
1.OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
This position is mainly responsible for recruiting management, headcount reporting and forecast.
2.MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
· Responsible for yearly recruiting plan according to OP plan or forecast demands;
· Assist to formulate, recommend and update recruiting policy & procedure;
· Prepare Weekly Personnel Requisition coordination with plant management team and AP HR, report and update the hiring status weekly;
· Weekly update Recruiting plan, work with production, warehouse etc to update DL/IDL/SAL name and cost center;
· Responsible for New Employee On Board process, complete related procedures in the New Employee Checklist on time; Deliver orientation course to new employees;
· Prepare various HR headcount reports monthly, quarterly, yearly or as request;
· Participate in employee talk including probation assessment, contract review, ECI and exit talk, feedback to other HR team members and managers;
· Assist in internal or external management audit: TS16949 & ISO14000/18000.

· Smart to listen and understand with right response, hands-on;
· Independent & initiative at thinking & learning, quick adapting to new environment;
· Fast in execution, deliver expected results with good follow & reporting sense;
· Good teamwork, open minded, proper communication with different people;
· Good oral English skills to express, understand and get understood smoothly, communicate clearly with different people in Written English;
· Family with HR system and solid PC skills, e.g. Excel, PPT.
4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
· Educational: Bachelor’s degree and above, major in Human Resources Management is preferred.
· Experience: Two more year working experiences in HR field.

6. Goals / Expectation / Action Plan within Probation Period (SMART=specific+ measurable + achievable +Relevant + Time-limited),e.g. family and can describe completely the changing process of HONDA ECU Product Engineering one month after joining TACS.
