1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的

· The role of the packaging Engineer is to develop packaging solutions from the concepts until their robust implementation in the production (BOP packaging, Final goods packaging, flow racks, shop-stocks, line feeding, prototype, spare parts, tooling, contingency packaging, etc).

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责

· Direct communication with customers and suppliers related to packaging issues

· Communicate with supplier about packaging quality issue

· Define packaging specification/material for FG according to customers' requirement

· Define standard, guide & train other department and supplier to control quality of packaging materials

· Coordinate between customers and suppliers for trading parts packaging

· Define packaging specification/material for internal goods transportation and storage

· Define label design/specification for all parts and products

· Packaging cost control

· Maintain packaging master file

3. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求

· Fluent verbal and written both in English and Mandarin.

· Packaging design

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求

· Educational: Bachelor's degree or above. Major in packaging engineering or related.

· Experience:

- 3+ years of relevant experience with good knowledge of the packaging designing.

- Experience of packaging design for carton box, recyclable package etc.

- Good communication skills and coordination skills.

- Have sense and basic knowledge of lean logistics.
