1．OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
Manufacture Engineer is a position mainly in charge of developing and updating Manufacture engineering, process PFMEA and process instructions, maintenance and support processes and training operators.

2．MAJOR RESPONSIBILIES主要职责
· Responsible for mechanical assembly or machining process, study and ensure utilization of manpower, machine and equipments as optimized, participate new project launch, develop equipment engineering solutions
· Participate in new project transfer, responsible for new process、 equipment、 fixture and tooling design and qualification, set up line, commissioning, adjusting to meet requirements of PPAP and mass production;
· Support production line to do process failure analysis and product diagnostic. Continuously optimize test program and assemble process through SPC, data analysis etc.
· To assist management in development of capacity plan, cycle time definition, resources planning and other corporate plan requirement;
· Lead continous process improvement activities, 5S and other corporate requirements (as required from time to time) at production floor to meet company’s and related eQOS goals;
· To perform process cycle time studies and promote lean manufacturing methodology
· Develop and update PFMEA and process instructions and other required process and manufacture engineering related documents;
· To train and certify process operators, work with production, HR to develop and implement OJT programs, audit 5S activities.
· Other tasks assigned by leaders.
3. EY COMPETENCIES资格能力要求
？ Good command on Chinese and English.
？ Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
？ Must have strong problem-solving skills, analytical skills and decision making skills and report writing skills.
？ Good computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, Powerpoint, AutoCAD/Pro-E/Cateria or other similar software.

4. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
Educational: Bachelor degree, major in mechanical and electronic engineering;

Experiences:
？ 5+years experience in mechanical assembly or electronic manufacturing industries;
？ Equipment manufacturing or Auto industry experience is plus.
？ Familiar with automation mechanical assembly line process and equipment
？ Familiar with PLC (AB, Siemens),AutoCAD, ability to design tooling and fixture, ability to do modification and qualification on new tools and equipment.
