MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
? Manage plant quality management system to meet requirements of TRW BPM (Business Policy Manual), TS16949, customer special requirement and all safety/ regulation standards. Lead internal and external audit, assess effectiveness and compliance of plant-wide quality systems for ongoing improvements of 3rd party, customer, AP and other audits.
? Be responsible for align with AP Quality Strategic Action Plan, and define and monitor quality KPI under control including customer/in-process/supplier PPM and quality cost etc.
? Work with process engineering, testing, production, engineering/STC and other departments to develop corrective and preventative action and drive improvement action executed fast and effectively to drive on FTQ and quality cost reduction.
? Drive on Plant Readiness in quality related process to support flawless new launch.
? Control supplier quality management to drive on Supplier PPM, Concerns management etc improvements and work closely with AP/Global SQA team.
? Drive customer satisfaction in quality through following QRCM process to handle customer complaint (0KM & Warranty) and continuous improvement. To be window to communicate with customer for quality issue root cause analysis, corrective action and progress update.
? Report to senior management and external party on quality performance through various channels including Manufacturing and Quality reports, online eQOS (quality operation systems) Operation review, Plant QIP review etc.
? Design, develop and manage Quality organization.

KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
? Bilingual in Chinese and English, strong at communication with different people under different business situation;
? Analytical problem solving, team building, Project Team membership and decision making skills;
? Demonstrated interpersonal skills with team to be mature, confident and consistent to be respected;
? Excellent leadership qualities and able to take challenges;
? Be very familiar with related automotive industry process such as APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA DOE, FMEA, 3*5why and 8D etc; And Six Sigma Green Belt is a plus.
? Ability to work under pressure;
? Ability to make decision.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE教育及经验要求
? Educational: BS Engineering degree or above.
? Experience:
- Solid knowledge in quality of production 5-8 years.
- 3-5 years quality manager experience at automotive (Safety products – a plus).
