Job Description:
Reply customer's inquiry timely and accurately. Daily track order fulfillment status.
Coordinate with related departments in ZJG factory to ensure on time delivery of the orders.
Shipment arrangements as per the incoterms stated in the sales order.
support special order tracking and project management, especially sample orders of GPO projects.
Performs other duties as assigned by direct report/dotted line manager.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
Business Administration or related major
2-4 years working experience
Fluent English communication skills is preferred. At least CET 6 or above. (TEM 8 is preferred)
Be familiar with import and export process;c. Experiences in multi-national companies is a must
Willing to learn and work overtime is needed;b.Be healthy and optimistic; c. could work under pressure
