职位描述
Major Tasks
１.Assist PM to achieve the project goals and expectations on technical issues
２.Definition of sub-project goals, suggestion team members
３.Monitoring of development results, quality, costs
４.Definition & allocation of work package within sub-projects
５.Ensure all documentation are done by TS16949 rules
６.Project coordination in respect of trial batch
７.Reporting and communication to the PM
Qualifications Needed:
１.University degree(Master) in chemistry or chemistry，mechanical or technical engineer
２.Knowledge in polymer processing
３.Knowledge about FMEA/ APQP/PPAP/Process audit system.
４.Experience in Automotive industry is preferred
５.Fluent in English both oral and written
６.Good communication skills
７.Results orientation
