职务名称：Process Quality Engineer-张家港某500强汽车零部件公司

职位描述:
1. Involve in FMEA and process development, lead Production Control Plan development, support sample build during new project development.
2. Lead on in-process quality control process development and continuous improvements during new project development and mass production period.
3. Lead in-process quality monitoring and improvement through FTQ improvement, Quality Cost and Scrap reduction, problem solving project etc. and take actions for continuous improvements on in-process quality metrics.
4. Coordinate the control, calibration and usage of inspection gauges and measuring equipment.
5. Lead Non-conformity management and handling; and lead on rework/disassembly process management if applicable.
6. Lead and recommend for in-process relevant customer, internal and supplier corrective and preventive actions.
7. Lead manufacturing process lesson learned & read across internally.
8. Coordinate internal and external system, process & product audits.
9. Train and promote employees on quality requirement and awareness, in-process controls.
10. Be able to perform night shift duty if necessary.
11. To complete the task that given by leader.
任职条件：
1. Bachelor Degree in Mechanical or equivalent years of related experience.
2. 5-8 or more years manufacturing industry working experience.
3. 3-5 years manufacturing quality experience.
4. Experienced in quality-related activities such as MSA, APQP, SPC, PFMEA, PPAP, 3X5Why, 8D, Control Plan, and product/ process audit.
5. Experience background in mechanical assembly in an automotive industry is an added advantage.
6. Six sigma green belt is a plus.
7. Good English comprehension.
8. Bilingual in Chinese and English is desired.
9. Analytical problem solving.
10. Good team work as well as self-dependant.
