Job Responsibilities:
Implement and monitor key performance indicators for suppliers to focus and drive performance based on Measurement of Performance-(FPR, QCD).
Review supplier’s progress against quality planning by visiting suppliers frequently and regularly and follow up with founds issues correction.
Improve supplier quality improvement system continuously. Guide supplier to improve his quality management system according to Manitowoc quality requirement, especially for the preventive system.
Coordinate with Sourcing for consistent problem suppliers.
Schedule/Manage PPAP, APQP meetings & follow up and close all open issues PPAP, APQP.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor Degree or higher in engineering/mechanical with at least 2 to 3 years supplier quality related work experience.
Well knowledge about welding
Knowledge about Measure tools design is plus
Well knowledge about ISO9000 system with solid on-site audit experience. Certificated quality engineer is a plus.
Familiar with quality tools application in manufacturing process, like SPC, CPK, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, 8D,etc.
Good problems-solving skills with results-oriented
Working proactive and initiative, team-working attitude
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites.
Working experience in heavy industries with steel, mechanism, machining, hydraulics,Key should be material. If with inspection jig it is plus. welding is a plus
