职位描述
Position Summary:
？ Customer quality service, work out the containment action with the customer directly to make sure customer production no any influence
？ Customer report reply, including 8D, monthly report and customer other requirements
？ Work with supplier on process issue resolving. To make sure not any defect will escape to the customer and cause the customer complaint.
？ Work with supplier and customer for new product launch, APQP, PPAP review and submit;
？ Report to QA manager/supervisor for scope supervision.
？ Other objects from the company.
Qualifications:
？ Bachelor degree or above
？ At least 3 years relevant experience
？ Experience in ISO 9001, ISO/TS 16949 quality system, qualified auditor license is a plus
？ Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, 8D etc
？ Fluent written and spoken English
？ With strong communication skill
