Responsible for the organization’s overall financial management and control issues. The job holder is required to manage a team of support staff to improve financial management and control and reporting system, to assure the compliance between company’s accounting system and financial reporting system with legal requirement.
职位描述:
1.Responsible for the preparation, consolidation and distribution of company profit and loss and capital expenditure budgets, monthly financial report and statement;
2.Provides advice to senior management on interpretation of operating results and trends;
3.Enact company finance policies and related accounting process, review and recommend internal control procedure/processes;
4.Establish and maintain an accounting system which guarantees the accurate presentation of financial results;
5.Consolidate internal & external financial audit activities;
6.Effectively manage yearly budget and capital expenditure control;
7.Prepare financial statement or related management reports and performed financial analyses upon request of management. Present financial reports in management meetings;
8.Coordinate and negotiate with banks, tax bureau, insurance company, and assist auditing firm in annual auditing;
9.Be responsible for implementation of financial software;
10.Monitor SOX compliance.
任职条件：
1.Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Finance Management, at least 8 years Finance manager experience in foreign invested enterprise;
2.Fluent both in written & oral English communication;
3.Excellent communication skill;
4.Excellent planning, analysis and problem solving skill;
5.Good management skill;
6.Solid professional knowledge;
7.Motivate and incentive leadership.
