岗位职责：
1.Supervise lab and co-ordinate all incoming, in-process and final products control
负责试验室日常管理，协调和支持原材料、过程和出货检验
2.Plan and assist in the Advance Planning and Customer Focus Team meetings of new and existing projects
计划和支持新项目前期策划和顾客为中心的相关会议和活动
3.Work closely with all departments to develop and implement root cause analysis, corrective and preventive actions-8D to handle customer complaint
协调8D / CAR 处理 (原因分析，纠正预防措施，实施，跟踪，报告等）
4.Follow annual audit plan to implement internal and external audits to ensure the effectiveness of ISO9001/TS16949
按年审核计划参与和支持每年内、外审相活的活动，确保质量管理体系的有效性
5.Coordinate the development and preparation of FMEA, SPC,MSA, and PPAP
支持FMEA,SPC,MSA,PPAP等文件的建立和实施
6.Participate in all QC actiivity to continuously achieve the target of high quality and low COPQ
积极参与各种QC活动，实现高质量、低成本的目标
7.Other duties assigned by supervisor

任职条件：
1.Bachelor degree in engineering or manufacturing or equivalent
本科及以上学历，工程或制造业相关经验
2.Good knowledge of APQP,PPAP,FMEA,MSA,SPC
掌握质量工具：APQP,PPAP,FMEA,SPC等
3.Solid experience in ISO9001,TS16949 and ISO14001 audit
丰富的ISO9001,TS16949和ISO14001审核经验
4.Good communication skill
较好的沟通技能
5.Strong problem solving ability
具有独立解决问题的能力
6.Highly self-motivated .Able to work under pressure with quick response attitude
工作积极，能够在压力下工作
7.Excellent oral and written English communication skills
较好的英语读写能力
8.Minimum of three years of experience in Quality Control and assurance
