Job Description:
1、Manage a group of analog IC design engineers;
2、Takes a leading role in the development of analog circuits and modules needed for the next generation of MCUs;
3、Development include architecture definition, schematic generation, simulation, layout guiding, verification, and lab evaluation;
4、Provides technical leadership and mentoring to the junior design engineers;
5、Work with other departments (Architecture, System Validation, Test and Product );
Plan ahead for new process node and develop technology roadmap and migration plan;

Requirement:
1、Master degree in MicroElectronics,Self-motivated;
2、Experience in CMOS analog design and knowledge of industry-standard design and simulation tools
3、Experience in low-power design techniques.
4、Experience in analog designs like ADC, DAC, Oscillators, PLL, Power Management, LDO, etc.
5、Strong oral and written communication skills.
6、Strong problem solving ability.
7、Experience in Project and Team Management.
