Job Responsibility:
? Assist direct manager to supervise the whole costing responsibility, play the role of temporary back-up (about 70%) of finance manager when necessary;
? Coordinate with FSS accounting team to conduct monthly closing per VGC timeframe;
? Prepare, understand, and present financial results and explain variance in comparison to the annual budget, prior year and periodic forecast;
? Provide plant costing analysis package and gross margin analysis by month, review with operation team to disclose various cost drivers on opportunities for cost reduction and provide recommendations for strengthening cost management;;
? Be responsible for annual standard cost revaluation and ICTP project and related analysis, Be responsible for daily standard cost calculation, product cost variances analysis, and domestic quotation;
? Assist in budget, rolling forecast and other ad hoc project from COGS and GM%;
? Provide financial analysis information interpretation to operation, be partner with operation to assist management in expense control and decision-making;
? Verify and monitor daily business transactions in Oracle ERP system, fix any outstanding issue before month end to ensure cost and inventory sub modules under governance;
? Recommend/assist with making Oracle system process improvements to facilitate efficient and timely reporting;
Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in Accounting.
? At least 6-8 years’ experience in multinational manufacture organizations, 4-5 costing supervisor or/and business analysis background. Possessing mature theory of cost management and financial analysis ability will be plus.
? Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese verbally and in writing.
? Solid experience with financial systems, Oracle is a strong plus.
? Ability to work & think independently, show can-do attitude with strong hands-on and high-execution ability. Initiate and adopt changes, keep continuous improvement.
? Team player, proactive and self-motivated with results-driven professional, proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload;
? Detail-oriented, able to ask good questions and request help as needed.
