JOB TITLE：National Warehouse Supervisor

JOB DIMENSIONS

1.Manage 10 warehouses
2.Total rent area more than 30K ㎡
3.Annual warehouse expense around 8 million in Y2011, include rental fee and handling fee.

ACTIVITIES

1.Work with warehouse supplier to meet company targets, including inventory accuracy, goods receiving, and goods delivery
from warehouse side etc.
2.Develop and improve warehouse management procedure according to Group requirement and local rules & regulations
strictly, supervise warehouse operation and monitor KPI to be ensure warehouse operation in line with TOTAL HSE and
Quality requirements;
3.Oversee the day-to-day operations: goods receiving, storage and delivery; provide daily, weekly, and monthly warehouse
reports
4.Organize monthly stock taking, prepare inventory reports and statistics for management;
5.Optimize warehouse allocation in whole country, introduce more competitive warehouse supplier to be ensure good service
within high competitive warehouse cost environment;
6.Provide training to subordinates and sub-contractors to be ensure warehouse operation is inline with TLC procedures and
instructions;
7.Discipline and investigate operational errors to determine the cause, and recommend corrective action where needed;
8.Integrate area warehouse and ZJ warehouse operation performance in monthly report, review and provide the stock level
analyst report.
9.Optimize the warehouse RDC layout to meet business requirements and improve the customer service performance and
save cost.

CONTEXT AND ENVIRONMENT

1.Logistic under proper operation;
2.TLC passed ISO 9000 version accreditation, and ISO TS 16949, ISO14000 & OHSAS 18000;
3.Safety and quality warehouse operation are expected from TLC
4.Foreign investment environment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

Under the control of Supply Chain Director /Logistics& Planning Manager, overall responsible for operations of area and central warehouse, balance the cost and the sales target, and ensure the efficient and economical utilization for warehouse.
QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1. Bachelor or Master Degree in Logistics;
2. At least 6 years working experience in logistics management with at least 3 years of team management experience, with working experience in international oil chemical companies is preferred.
3. Analytical thinking and sensibility to dissect and solve transportation problems, with meticulous attention to detail.
4. Shown ability to build, manage, energize and motivate teams of employees.
5. Good Communication skills, ability to lead by influence, convincing skills.
6. High business ethics, good command of English in reading, writing and speaking.
7. Strong skills in SAP system and Ms Office.
