Main tasks and responsibilities:

? Conducts periodical training needs assessments (for soft skills and hard skills)
? Elaborates the Annual Training Plan according to the needs identified
? Proposes and ensures the observing of the budget for training
? Elaborates, organizes and conducts soft skills trainings for all Yangtse Spinning employees
? Organizes follow up sessions after each training, measuring the efficacy of the programs
? Organizes the hard skills trainings conducted in the company
? Is responsible for the pre-job training for all employees (part of the induction program): presenting to new employees information about the company, the company structure and history, culture and values, rules and regulations, etc.


Qualification required:
? University degree
? At least 3 years work experience as a trainer
? Native Chinese speaker
? Advanced level of English language
? Very good presentation and communication skills



Duration of employment contract:
? 1 year
