Be mainly responsible for implementation site new project & remiadiation project on schedule and one budget with good HSE performance
主要负责贯彻执行工厂新项目和技措项目的更新和改造工作，确保在零事故状态和较好的预算控制下，按时完成。

1.Provide process technical support to the project team during Study phase.
提供前期研究阶段的工艺技术支持。
2.Develop Process Flow Diagrams (PFDs)& Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&IDs).
开发完善工艺管线流程图。
3.Prepare process related equipment specifications and utility specifications.
准备与工艺相关的设备和公用工程明细表
4.Independently organize the process and/or technology negotiation and consultation with technical experts, customers, local design institutes, vendors, etc.
独立组织工艺和技术谈判，并与技术专家，客户设计单位及供货商密切联系来解决实际问题。
5.Monitoring and control project go smoothly on schedule & budget under HSE& quality
监督和控制现场项目在安全和质量保障的前提下，按时且预算可控使项目正常进行。
6.Technical support for project commissioning and handover to client
技术支持项目的调试和移交工作。
7.Support in preparing cost estimates according to Galaxy standards.
按照银河资源的保准提供项目预算的支持。
8.Develop and maintain resources for the local design institutes, vendors, construction companies, authorities, etc，and build up good releationship with them
开发和维护当地的设计公司，供应商， 承包商和资质授权单位的名单，并保持较好的关系。
9.Support to site maintenance activetiesto achive the maintenance goal as one of maintenance supervisor backup.
支持现场维修工作并作为维修主管的后备之一。


Educational background:
Majoring in machinery, engineering or related
机械、工程或相关的专业
At least 5 years project management experience focuses on Chemical or mine chemical filed
至少5年的维修工作经验在化工或无机化工领域。
Strong sense of responsibility
较强的责任心。
Good technical and communication skill
较好的技术和沟通技能。
Be able to read techinacl document with English version
能阅读英文技术资料。
Familiar with computer system(mircosoft office,project and CAD)
熟悉计算机系统。
