职位描述
Accountabilities:
·Deliver sales, GM and collection results per assigned region
·Drive collaborative engagement within Wartsila entities to pursue target project opportunities
·Drive sales cycle management through CRM
·Validate proposal costs and appropriate allocation of risk costs
·Comply with Wartsila business policies, procedures, and practices
Responsibilities:
·Develop, lead and manage opportunity pursuits in Offshore (Marine and Oil & Gas) and Onshore (Power Plant) segments with focus on life cycle and obsolescence managements including large scope project (multi-systems/portfolio). Accounts include EPC, Operator, Oil Major Owner, Shipyard and IPP.
·Take charge of large scope opportunity pursuits as Capture Leader. Leading multi-systems/portfolio support resources
·Agree targets and action plans for Service Unit and in close cooperation with the Solution Management E&A teams.
·Lead and manage proposal development and offer review - resolves scope deviations, and/or potential issues with technical/commercial terms and conditions; anticipates possible obstacles/risks and develops mitigation plans
·Develop solution sales model, process and tools to support effective engagement with customer
·Drive cost optimization through solutioning during proposal development
·Select, train and coach new team members and ensuring that they are abreast of market applications and technology solutions
·Collaborate with E&A Solution Development, Design & Engineering, Sales Support and Network Companies
Requirements:
·BSc or MSc in Engineering disciplines with more than 8 years of proven success in developing Electrical & Automation offshore sales and project delivery
·Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English
·High level of interpersonal skill
·Self-motivated, result-orientation, a high energy level
·Willingness to travel
