Job Summary / Position Purpose / 工作内容
1. 顾客技术服务及潜在业务开发
Customer technical service and potential business development
1).识别钢厂连铸生产线主要设备，跟踪设备运行状态，建立客户设备技术案;Identify core equipment of hot & cold roll mill production line, follow up equipment running status, establish technical archive of customer equipment
2).为客户提供设备使用、维护及维修建议，发掘潜在业务;Provide suggestion for equipment operation, maintenance and repair, develop potential business.
2. 合同技术执行Contract Handling
1). 售前与客户进行技术交流，澄清客户需求，收集技术资料; Pre-sales communication with customer, clarify customer demand, collect technical document;
2). 组织相关部门对客户需求进行内部澄清，对是否可以达到客户需求进行技术评审; Organize relevant department for customer demand clarification. Carry out technical audit for capability of achieving customer’s request;
3). 检查技术协议，根据需要修改技术条款; Check technical agreement, modify technical agreement if necessary;
4). 合同交货后对产品安装、使用进行技术指导; Provide technical support regarding installation, usage for delivered equipment;
5). 技术层面处理客户抱怨;Dealing customer claim;
6). 对合同执行进行技术执行总结，提出改进预防措施; Provide technical executive summary and prevention measures for improvement.
3. 竞争对手分析Competitor analysis
1). 建立竞争对手信息库，对竞争对手进行技术分析; Set up the competitor database and conduct technical analysis accordingly.
2). 根据分析公司优劣势，提出改进方案; Provide improvement proposals based on actual situation.
Education / Qualifications / Skills / 岗位要求
1.机械或化工专业本科学历；
Chemical or mechanical bachelor degree.
2.5年以上连铸生产线工艺生产或设备管理经验；
At least 5 years production or equipment maintenance experience for steel casting line.
3.熟悉常见铸坯缺陷成因及解决方案，常见设备故障及解决方案；
Be familiar with reason and solution for normal slab defect, for normal equipment trouble and solution.
4.良好的英语听、说、读、写能力及熟练计算机操作能力；
Good in English listening, speaking, writing, good in computer using.
5.具有团队精神,有较好的领导和执行能力，优秀的沟通和组织协调能力。
Has team working sense, good leadership and execution ability, excellent communication and coordination ability.
