Major Responsibilities
1. Cooperate with department manager for the department management;
配合项目计划部经理做好本部门的管理工作；
2. Direct and indirect follow-up execution process of all company projects, and compile some documents for setup of some kinds of regulations of company;
直接或间接地跟踪所有项目的执行进度并编写必要工作章程。
3. Cooperate with dept. manager to do the project management training course;
配合部门经理做好本部门的项目管理的培训工作。
4. Continuous improvement of technology ability and development of technology standardization;
不断改进技术能力，开展技术标准化工作；
5. Support the sales department effectively when necessary with customer for technical communication.
在必要时有效地支持销售部门与客户进行技术沟通。

Education/ Qualification/ Skill
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in mechanical or management;
本科以上学历，机械或管理类专业毕业；
2. Minimum 5 years work experience in mechanical industry, at least 4 years project management experience, rich experience for mechanical plant;
5年以上机械行业工作经验，4年以上项目管理经验,丰富的机械工厂经验；
3. Good English and the ability for using computer;
良好的的英语听、说、读、写能力及熟练计算机操作能力；
4. Have the ability to organize, cooperate, communicate, and also the ability of the official document
Composition;
优秀的组织协调及沟通能力、协调能力、组织能力;公文写作能力；
5. Earnest working and have strong sense of responsibility.
