职位描述
Role Description:
Responsible for timely and accurate entry of Master Data. Provide the Business with the appropriate codes, ties to related data, and additional information that needs to be maintained with the codes.
Job Expectation
* Enter data according to business rules and global coding rules. Codes are available within agreed upon Service Level Agreements or project agreements.
* Verify data has been properly entered according to business rules.
* Take action to resolve gaps in information provided by requestor.
* Escalate issues to Business / Function Data Expert or Data SME.
* Responsible to provide training and knowledge transfer to new contact when employee is no longer in Data Stewardship role.
* Adhere to Manage Code Life Cycle procedures and processes as defined in MET.
* Support Logistics Coordinator for the daily operation in tracking system, such like DN collection, Invoice Control, Label printing etc.
Indicative Activity
* Uses SAP and Business rules to create / Change / discontinue / Reactivation GMIDs and QSS info.
* Uses follow-up and escalation process to get the GMID coding cycle completed.
* Co-ordinate with various contacts & MDEs to resolve queries and bottlenecks in process.
*Coordinate / perform all the Material code data related activities within the business at the Global, Company level
* Create / Change / Discontinue / reactivation GMIDs in system based on the Business rules
* Ensure accurate coding at QA, SAP C & D segments based on the Business rules
* Consult / enquire on handling Material exceptions with Material Data Experts, as required.
* Support regular follow up with other approvers for the GMID request so as to expedite the completion of request.
