1. Strong technical skills, Familiar with the process of surface treatment, such as Polishing,burnishing, spray.

职位职责：
1. Process of surface treatment, such as Polishing, burnishing, spray. Prefer the one with the experience of Brand "Wheel Brate" machine.
2. Optimize and improve manufacturing process.
3. Introduce advanced methodology to the site.
4. Calculate current capacity, plan future capacity by forecast.
5. Define equipment’s configuration; introduce equipment by working with Purchasing, I/E, Facility, Maintenance, Quality; finish EVA and work instruction before handing it to Production.
6. Design jig and fixture; modify or manufacture or purchase them; set up management system to ensure that they are properly used in the shop floor.
7. Calculate, record, report capital investment and saving projects’ financial data.
8. Support and incorporate lean concept into manufacturing processes.
9. Ensure all manufacturing solutions meet all corporate and regulatory requirements for Quality, Health, Safety and Environment.
10. Conduct root cause analysis on non-conformance, initiate and co-ordinate improvement plans.
11. Support problem solving activities to ensure adherence to production schedules.
12. Carry out such further tasks that may be delegated by line manager.
13. Take the leadership to meet the challenge, seek the improvement opportunity, and share the best practice within the team.
