职务名称：Process Engineering Supervisor –某500强欧美医疗器械公司
工作地点: 苏州园区

职位描述:
1. Lead process engineering team to sustain /improve processes in collaboration with other departments or develop new production processes as required by technology changes or new products introduction.
2. Supervise the project execution effect to achieve quality, cost and delivery goals of the project.
3. Co-ordinate relative production engineering activities within the company
4. Participate in the effort to implement lean manufacturing and reduce lead-time & WIP.
5. Work with engineering manager to identify cost reduction and profit improvement programmes.
6. Maintains master data in SAP;
7. Ensure that responsibilities under the Quality System as defined in the Quality Manual are met.
8. Participate to the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality system.
9. Ensure that all Health & Safety requirements are fulfilled in accordance with the responsibilities defined in the Company Safety Statement.
10. Participate to the development, implementation and maintenance of the Heath & Safety system.
11. Work with EHS to ensure completion of all Job Safety Analysis. 12. Identification of Training Needs of subordinate
12. Ensure process engineering team is compliant with all sending-site guideline.
13. Develop process engineering team ability.
任职条件：
1. Effective Communicator
2. People Management
3. Facilitator
4. Problem Solving Ability
5. New process or introduction
6. Judgment & Tact
7. Mechanical Engineering Degree or equivalent
8. Minimum 4~7 years’ experience in an Engineering role within a multinational company
9. Experience with engineering products/machine tools. (CNC Machines)
10. Very good English communication skills
11. Previous experience within the Healthcare/Medical Devices Sector is plus ;
12. Experience in Lean Manufacturing
13. Experience in Process Excellence
