我们客户是一家新投资的500强欧美汽车零部件公司，预计2018年会达到2000人规模，目前需要招聘ME Manager,目前工厂在筹建中

This position is responsible to provide Leadership and Coordination to Manufacturing Engineering group and to align the available resources to meet the Customer requirements relative to production capacity, productivity and quality improvements. This position is responsible for standardization of manufacturing engineering processes; capex tracking; new production process introduction. Resolve production issues relative to tooling management, quality, throughput, capacity monitoring. Define long term strategy for site in terms of capacity / plant load, floor space, employees, and products.
Major Job Duties:
? Coordinating and supervising new production launches. New manufacturing concepts' introduction. Coordination of preventive and corrective actions.
? Plan, prioritize, and assign work within the ME department staff; identify staffing needs and resource management; monitor work to ensure accordance with OUR CLIENT rules and procedures.
? Participate in training and coaching of ME Supervisors/Sr. ME’s and high potential engineers. Lead and develop the ME team and department in technical knowledge. Responsible for employee development and performance evaluation.
? Supervision of engineering changes in current products. Responsibility for all technical changes and their implementation into technical documentation. Introduction of improvements in the serial process. Define
? Coordinate quality problems solving in current production claimed by customer, appeared during COP or found by production quality control.
? Participate in customer audits and quality system audits (internal and external). Cooperate with Program Management, and Product Engineering regarding new projects and new production processes and technologies. Cooperation with Product Line ME managers from other plants for cost reduction and quality improvements, and transfer of knowledge.
? Identify equipment, tooling, and gauges necessary within the scope and requirements of the Capital Equipment Authorization (CEA).
? Responsible for the creation of complete manufacturing systems concepts focusing on asset utilization, established PL process standards, and best-in-class technologies and methods.
? Supervise development & issuance of formal technical documentation package for all capital equipment, tooling, gauges, etc. required to support manufacturing.


Educational Background & Experience
? Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university, with academic study/major in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Technical Science or related field. Minimum 8-10 years experience in related field.
Job related skills/background
? English language fluency, MS-Office package, Excellent analytical and problem solving skills. Experience in Project Management/ planning/ organizing skills; APQP methodologies & documentation, process optimization. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of drawing tolerances (GD & T) and interpretation. Familiarity with DFA/DFM principles and methodologies, troubleshooting engineering problems and initiate corrective actions. Provide leadership and direction to ME engineering staff. Technical expertise in automotive assembly systems. Self motivated individual with the ability to work independently
