职务名称：Finance Controller-某欧美汽车零部件，亚太总部

我们的客户是某欧美汽车零部件公司，,此职位设定在亚太总部。
职位描述:
1. Manage financial functions, including; accounting, month end closing, forecasting, reporting, costing, procurement tracking and inventory optimization, capital expenditures, fixed assets, etc.
2. Lead cost savings program, manage and develop finance and cost team, take primary role in staff development and performance management. To train and motivate staff to improve financial and internal control skill sets.
3. Standard cost development, operational performance reviews
4. Responsible for manufacturing budgets and forecasts, provide analytical advice to control and coordinating functional department managers to support performance delivery.
5. Responsible for the management of capital and inventory, working capital optimization.
6. Ensure internal control system is in line with corporate standard and SOX requirement. Review and execute full business cycles control activities to ensure adequate control environment to support management SOX certification
7. Continuous improvement in business process effectiveness and efficiency, and provide operational project support
8. Work with internal and external auditors to address reporting and internal control issue
9. Work with bank, tax bureau and other local authorities to ensure compliance with PRC policies and regulations
任职条件：
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in finance or accounting. CPA qualified. ACCA or working experience in big 4 will be an advantage.
2. At least 8 years’ experience in multi-national manufacturing company, and 3 years’ experience on similar role.
3. Good knowledge of PRC accounting principles and UK/US GAAP
4. Familiar with ERP systems, Oracle experience is preferred
5. Ability to plan, organize and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
6. Strong integrity and leadership skills. Must be willing to assist and support staff in their work
7. Good command in English and ability to deal with overseas affiliates companies finance managers.
8. Must be a team player and have ability to work with others.
9. Strong responsible attitude, able to follow deadline and result orientated.
