职位描述:
1. Develop oil pump market development strategy with Director, Oil Pump Asia and lead a team to enforce the realization of business strategic objectives
2. Develop a comprehensive system to launch new product and tap new application
3. Assistance to technical team for better understanding of customer requirement and guide own team to take the lead in new project implementation
4. Provide guidance and training to sales team on negotiation, products and managements skills, and allocate proper business target to individual sales so as to help them achieve the goals and keep confidence
5. Forecast customer demand on routine basis to offer a sound base for material planning and production planning
6. Monitor and manage credit to customer with finance team and ensure proper profit margin while maintaining necessary market penetration
7. Ensure Company network are competitiveness in the marketplace
任职条件:
1. College degree is required, engineering background preferred
2. Automotive experience min. 5years, 2-3 years relevant experience on sales management position
3. Requires sound management skill, excellent business logical sense with detailed knowledge of products and markets.
4. Must be able to function with minimal supervision; recognize the needs for field travel; and recognize the need for prompt response to customers.
5. Must have superior communication skills and application aptitudes.
6. Must be capable of planning, prioritizing, organizing, directing and presenting the results of technical investigations and effects.
7. Skills in use of computer as an analytic tool highly desirable.
8. Must promote and participate in a team concept of business activity.
9. Fluent English skills both in written and oral
