Major Tasks:
1. Lead and work on development projects accroding to the agreed project plans in cooperation with other relevant departments and the customer in order to fulfill the specifications needed.

2. Ensure that all documentation and monitoring of the development process and the detailed product description is done according to the rules of TS 16949

3. Define the process parameters and implement the necessary testing process and steps to get the production release from either OEM or the direct customer

4. Support the production line and the workers during the development process until 90 days after SOP

5. Work on and actualize the calculation documents in cooperation with all relevant departments

6. Creat feasible specifications for in process/finished products for relative departments

7. Support of the marketing department by technical acquisition

8. Support the quality and production department in solving quality problems and customer complaints.


Qualifications Needed:
1. University degree in chemistry or related
2. Knowledge in polymer processing
3. Knowledge about FMEA/APQP/PPAP process audit system
4. Experience in Automotive industry
5. Fluent in English
