职位描述：
Assist Finance Director on Yearly budgeting, Quarterly Forecasting; Monthly Close Reporting and Analysis, Continuous Improvement Tracking & Reporting.
1. Capex: Responsible for APAC Capital budgeting, forecasting, and monthly tracking
2. Manufacturing expense budgeting, annual standard setting, reporting, analysis and control, to include; Procurement and Plant Performance reporting and financial analysis for all APAC entities, including PPV, MUV, Labor variance, VOH variance, FOH variance and actual cost trends
3. Continuous Improvement status reporting for periodic management reviews, analytical project support, cost savings validation, and cost savings analysis for key operational initiatives
4. Assist in various finance projects such as business process and financial systems, following up with the project leaders on execution
5. Develop into backup support role for Finance Supervisor, could manage general accounting, balance sheet reviews and other internal controls, and financial reporting
6. Other assignments as dictated by the business demands
职位要求：
1. Bachelor degree with major in accounting.
2. With minimum 5 years of accounting experience. At least 3 years’ experience in multi-national manufacturing company, and 2 years’ experience on similar role.
3. Good PC skills such as Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle.
4. Good knowledge of Chinese accounting principle and UK/US GAAP.
5. Ability to plan and organize own work load in a most efficient manner.
6. Must have proficient verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with other associates. Business English is also required, English CET-6 are required.
7. Must be a team player and have ability to work with others and be willing to assist and support the team’s work.
