职位描述
Requirements:
· University graduates with Electronic Engineering
· Minimum 8 years solid experience in electronic manufacturing industry; of which 3 years at supervisory / managerial level in engineering
· Sound knowledge in electronics products and manufacturing including one or more of the following products: broadband communication products such as router, AP, VoIP, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, fibre optics; industrial or automobile electronics; RF products such as RFiD, mobile phone, DAB, etc., office automation products such as printer, copier...etc.; power electronics related products.
· Work experience in manufacturing employing fine pitch SMT process, ICT, FCT, and accelerated testing
· Hands-on experience in failure analysis to achieve very low dppm and strong background in design for manufacturability
· Experience in managing Test Engineering is a plus
· Good command of written and spoken English and Putonghua
· Good communication and interpersonal skills with all levels
· Self-driven with strong leadership, problem-solving skills, aggressiveness, and strong sense of responsibility
