JOB Description:
- College degree or above, major in materials or casting.
- 8~10 years of experiences working in the casting industry, have related process technologies for quality improvement.
- Knowledge of die casting for piston, and for cast aluminium
- Experience of robot molding and pouring
- Having management experience
- Fluent written, oral communication and negotiation skills in English.
- Have strong management skills, problem solving skills, a proven ability to achieve results in a fast moving, dynamic environment and who are self-motivated and self-directed.
- Have the ability to work well with a diversity of colleagues.
