Responsibilities:
1. Capacity & Line Utilization monitoring
2. Define and maintain the IE model for China Operation
3. Work with planning & operation team to optimize the daily line planning with IE model
4. Optimize the line/station layout/design to improve the operation efficiency
5. Work with operation/SCM team and optimize the standard BOM
6. Work with process engineering and define the DL needs from differnet operations
7. Work with operation to optimize the standard time with all kinds of Kaizen activities
8. Work with global Business System team on the implementation of the system at China operation
9. Conduct the lean training for the team

Requirements:
1. at least 5 years work experience in industrial engineering
2. at least 2 years lean experence which is familiar with value stream mapping, Kaban, demand management, one piece flow, total flow management, total production maintainance etc. lean tools
3. at least 2 years manager experience
4. flently speaking and writing in English
5. Bachelor degree or above
