Required:

1. A bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or safety engineering.

2. Specific training and good working knowledge of environmental, health and safety.

接受过HSE法规和工作技能的特殊培训。

3. familiar with regulations about HSE熟悉HSE相关法律法规

4. 5 or more years of chemical experience in manufacturing including three or more years of experience managing HSE. 有5年或5年以上的化工生产和安全管理的经验。

5. Experience in developing systems, policies, procedures.
