PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
Set up and conduct safety programs to ensure that all processing meets or exceeds Safety requirements of company and global audit policy and ensure that project, maintenance and employee services compliance with SOP（Standard Operation Procedure) and Yangtse policy.
建立和执行安全管理方案并确保满足公司安全要求，集团审核要求，确保项目，维护和员工的服务符合标准和扬子政策。

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1. Develop company safety management system and the policy.建立公司的安全管理体系及相关政策。
2. Establish risk assessment of potential hazards in accordance with safety requirement to control and treatment. 建立风险评估机制并加以控制。
3. Input to induction/ training sessions as necessary to familiarize Company personnel with Company technics and procedures. 建立和执行安全培训确保员工了解公司的相关技术标准和程序。
4. Carry out the establishing of Standard Operation Procedures by working with relevant department. 与相关部门合作完成标准作业流程。
5. Carry out regular audit, identifying the safety risks during project and daily operations. Build corrective action plan and monitoring the improvements. 执行常态化检查，发现项目和日常运营中的风险。编制改进行动计划并监督落实。
6. Regularly safety committee meeting. 组织和召开安全委员会。
7. Carry out internal safety audit to improving safety management system. 执行定期的内部审核推动安全管理系统完善。
8. Set up KPI (internal and vendors) to enhance the safety management. 建立绩效管理。
9. Develop emergency action plan and drill. 建立应急预案和演练。

JOB COMPETENCIES:
1. Relative safety major. 相关安全背景。
2. Five years experiences of Safety management on site, familiar with state safety laws and norms, acquirement of safety manufacture technology and safety management methods, qualified with safety management certificate. 五年以上现场安全管理工作经验，熟悉国家相关安全法律法规，熟悉掌握安全生产技术及安全管理方法，持有有效安全管理人员上岗证书。
3. Familiar with ISO 14001&OHAS 18001 management system 熟悉ISO14001& OHSAS18001体系和环境健康安全相关法规。
4. Familiar with electrical protection and Fireproofing Materials . 了解电气安全和防火材料。
5. Being responsible for providing security support for each department, tracking actual progress, and helping to achieve the company safety performance targets. 对公司各部门提供安全支持，并跟踪实际落实进展，帮助其实现公司安全方面业绩目标。
6. Has the strong organization, coordination, supervision，project management, implementation ability and management ability. 具备极强监督、组织、沟通协调、项目计划、推动能力、管理能力。
7. Good command of written and spoken English.良好的英语沟通能力。
