Job Responsibility:
? Lead and support finance share service (FSS) team to ensure high satisfaction level from internal & external customer; Building strong and high-potential team to pay the wave to further expansion of APAC FSS to broader size and scope;
? Work with VGC finance, regional finance and site business functions to fulfil all business requirement and tasks, Coordinate with all parties to analyze, map and resolve any new business process and issues;
? Manage and control the following master data including creation, modification and review in a timely and accurate manner: Chart of accounts; foreign exchange rate.
? Responsible for FA accounting, including capitalization, depreciation, disposal and AR filing;.
? Be in charge of cash flow control and loan management including loan schedule, interest expense/capitalization etc;
? Arrange and monitor month-end closing jobs to ensure smooth regional closing process. Review and book monthly accrual & amortization, payroll, and other GL entries etc.,
? Responsible for global and local management reports (IFRS, China GAPP) in a timely and accurate manner.
? Conduct monthly BS review process and track continuous improvement with site finance;.
? Play important role and actively participate annual projects of finance function such as internal and external audits, annual budget.
? Recommend/assist with making Oracle system process improvements to facilitate efficient and timely reporting.
? The necessary back-up of AR/AP;

Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree in Accountancy/Finance.
? At least 6-8 years’ experience in multinational manufacture organizations, 4-5 GL manager related experience will be preferred; the experience of finance share service and manufactory business is a strong plus.
? Awareness of internal control principles and processes.
? Fluent communication skills in both English and Chinese verbally and in writing.
? Solid experience with financial systems, Oracle expense is a strong plus.
? Familiarity with computer skills, and ability to use Excel and Word.
? Ability to think independently and have a professional demeanor, a can-do attitude and other qualities that include decisiveness, excellent analytical, organizational, and Project Management skills.
? Detail-oriented, able to work according to schedules and work plans, able to ask good questions and request help as needed.
? Team player, proactive and self-motivated with results-driven professional, proven ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize workload;
? Work independently; strong hands-on and high execution ability.
