职位描述
Responsibilities
1、 Extend performance claims for Crankcase technology platforms through the design and execution of test programmes involving bench and engine test evaluations.
2、 Lead formulation deployment projects and technical collaborations as agreed with customers.
3、 Provide expert customer technical support including product recommendations, product-based value propositions and general technical advice.
4、 Working with Sales & Marketing colleagues, develop an understanding of the local market and future crankcase additive needs.
5、 Contribute to organizational learning through information sharing and collaboration with Sales & Marketing and other Crankcase Technology Development & Deployment colleagues.
6、 Develop and maintain product documentation to support performance claims on customer-specific and/or market general products.
Selection Criteria
1、 Established technical competency with a strong science background (e.g. chemistry or engineering).
2、 Demonstrated commercial acumen and enthusiasm to work with customers.
3、 Strong interpersonal, networking and communication skills with demonstrated ability to work effectively in teams and develop external personal relationships.
4、 Strong written and verbal presentation skills in Korean and English
5、 Knowledge of the lubricants industry, lubricant formulation and related technology development activities would be advantageous.
6、 Able to effectively carry out multiple projects and other technical activities simultaneously.
7、 Strong commitment to safety and quality values.
