Main Responsibilities：
? Customer order and forecast receiving, analyses the customer demand, issue the delivery schedule.
? Raw material order issue and tracking on time; stock taking and control stock lever
? In charge of packaging design; submit quotation and control for project logistics and packaging design
? In charge of receive the order and forecast. Issue the delivery schedule and update weekly.
? Analyzing the order float; coordinate with production department; meet the customer demand.
? In charge of shipment tracking, transportation cost control.
? Issue the raw material order and rolling forecast; tracking the receiving.
? Check the inventory,stock taking, deal with the dead stock.
? Consignment warehouse management; Inventory control and check.
? Be responsible for daily management for consignment warehouse and transportation supply chain.
? Instruct material keeper to make in-storage record, receive, and stocktaking in ERP syetem.
Participate in all 5S activities.Keep work site clear,tidy and in order accroding to 5S management requirements.
? Strictly abide by comapny Employ Handbook, and meet the requirements of Company Code of Conduct
? Take part in KAIZEN activities.
? Abide by the regulation of ISO14000, TS16949 and OHSAS18001 and take the responsibility in security , environment and quality written in company system documents. Act in good faith and stick to keep company moral regulations
? Obey the requirements in health, security and environment defined in job description or reminded in training.
? Follow up with the relevant position requirement of process documents in company quality system
? Finish tasks given by leader.
Qualifications：
? Bachelor degree or above major in logistics, packaging design or transportation management or related;
? 3 or more years of related working experience in logistics operation such as transport by sea, air, railway and highway, equipment, storage, transportation or package management; well know supplier chain.
? Familiar with logistics operation and related regulations. Have professional operating skills in transportation, storage; good knowledge in FIFO, KANBAN; Good service for customer.
? Familian with SAP system.
? Good computer operation skills and especially familiar with EXCEL
? Skills in Packaging Design is a plus
? Good English skills
? Familier with ISO/TS16949 Quality Management System
