Company will provide overseas training for this job positions

Company will provide the shuttle bus between wuxin,zhangjiagang, suzhou and Jiangyin plant.

Key responsibilities
·Prioritize Process flow and parameter settings with production operators
·Implement necessary changes to speed up and optimize the prodution process
·Implement process parameters and systems to improve the quality level
·Prepare equipment specifications for production related equipment
·Follow up equipment specifications with suppliers
·Support commissioning and start up of new processes
·Prepare technical documentation and operating manuals
·Train operators in production optimization
·Daily problem solving and support for technical solutions
·Coordinate with technical center in headquarter and other Sapa Plants on technical developments
·Support operating companies in Asia
·Perform process audits internally and at customers

Requirements:
1.3-5 years working as a Process Engineer in Manufacturing Industry
2.Degree required preferred Mechanical or Material Science
·Good understanding of aluminium extrusion process
·Good written/verbal presentation skills
· Professionalism and good organizational skills, ability to interact well in a team environment and relate work to be completed.
· Ability to make decisions based on the logical analysis of facts and alternatives, and have the understanding and acceptance of those affected.
3.Aluminum Extrusion process is a plus
4.Fluency in English,
5.Ability to persuade/influence individuals and to build effective relationships
6.Participated in Large and Small Projects
7.Basic knowledge and understanding of change management
·Working knowledge of manufacturing operations preferably in Extrusion
·Working knowledge of Metallurgy
