Description:
Providing secretarial service to the Colleague Development Committee (CDC).
Identifying training, education needs and requirements together with the CDC.
Developing and updating training matrix requirements for each group of employees and individuals in various jobs and positions.
Planning and developing the training calendar/programmer to meet training requirements.
Developing and implementing on-the-job training programmer for chemical technicians.
Implementing Basic Operation Training (BOT) program for new chemical technicians new hires.
Providing training for chemical technicians in process unit operations.
Carrying testing and certification for chemical technicians in accordance with the TT&PP.
Developing and maintaining a training record management system of all colleagues in the plant in compliance with ISO 9002 requirement.
Identifying suitable internal and external courses that will meet training need and to send/schedule colleagues to such courses in accordance to the training matrix.
Monitors TRACESS compliance for Manufacturing Organization
Administers OIMS 5.4 – Training.
Resource for Plant in addressing refresher trainings; special initiatives, new process or equipment/facilities training as necessary

Request::
Must have college or above education, Fluent English communication.
Must be trained in a recognized Train-The-Trainers Course (e.g. conducted by SIM, PSB etc.).
Must possess minimum of 5 years operations experience in the oil refining and/or petrochemical industry in a supervisory capacity.
Must possess good public speaking, communication and interpersonal skills.
