Job Summary / Position Purpose / 工作内容
1.Check the numerical program mistake according to the technical and drawing, finish the machining in the numerical horizontal type;
根据根据工艺和图纸要求检查数控程序中存在的错误，并完成在数控卧车上的加工过程；
2.Strictly control production quality during machining and fulfill Dimension Check Form;
加工过程中严格控制生产质量，并填写自检报告单；
3.Inform the modificated content to programmer ,and make synchronism modification in the paper program;
需将修改过的内容告知程序员，并对在纸质程序上做同步的修改；
4.Fulfill other task from superior.
完成领导安排的其他工作内容。
5.Check tool location and hygiene of his own machine;
每天检查自己工位上工具的摆放和卫生情况；
6.Choose suitable tools and fixtures according to job router and drawing;
根据工艺和图纸合理选择合适的刀具和夹具；
7.Check the drawing and job router and inform job router engineer or milling group leader about any mistake;
认真审核发放到工位上的工艺和图纸的正确性，如不正确需向相关工艺人员或铣床组长汇报；
8.Check size of raw material;
认真检查毛坯料尺寸大小是否正确；
9.Do well the Daily Shift Change Record Form;
做好每天的交接班记录；
10.Check tools and measuring tools before going home;
下班前需清理工位上的工具和量具的数目是否正确；
11.Check the numerical program , imitate the program before machining;
认真检查数控程序，在加工之前必须模拟程序的正确与否；
12.Must inform QC to check first workpiece;
首个工件需提前通知质检人员前来检验；
13.Locate tool in order and brush anti-rust oil;
整齐摆放加工完成的工件，并及时涂防锈油；
14.Must compile Dimension Check Form for every workpiece;
每一件工件必须填写自检报告单；
15.Fulfill other task from superior.
服从上级领导的安排。
Education / Qualifications / Skills / 岗位要求
1. 3 Years above work experience of numerical control horizontal type ;
3年以上的数控卧式铣床操作方面工作经验；
2. Familiar with common used metals;
熟悉冶金常用的金属材料；
3.Be familiar with Siemens system and Frank system, make the program independent;
熟悉西门子系统和法兰克系统，并且能够独立编程；
4. Strong responsibility.
较强的责任心。
